基于QFD-TRIZ理论的医疗垃圾转运系统设计

摘 要:在智能化的背景下,医疗垃圾转运系统工作过程存在不足。文章从使用者需求的人机工学角度入手,利用QFD与TRIZ理论分析医疗垃圾转运设备的工作流程及交互特征,优化医疗垃圾转运系统。首先对现有的医疗垃圾转运设备工作系统现状进行分析,再通过QFD理论构建使用者的需求质量屋,最后运用TRIZ理论得出对应解决方案,优化医疗垃圾转运设备工作流程及配置。以期推进医疗垃圾处理的创新设计思路,为医疗垃圾转运设备处置流程提供改进参考方案。

Abstract:In the context of intelligence, there are shortcomings in the working process of medical waste transportation systems. Starting from the ergonomic perspective of user needs, the article analyzes the workflow and interaction characteristics of medical waste transportation equipment using QFD and TRIZ theories, and optimizes the medical waste transportation system. Firstly, analyze the current status of the working system of medical waste transfer equipment, then use QFD theory to construct a user demand quality house, and finally use TRIZ theory to obtain corresponding solutions to optimize the workflow and configuration of medical waste transfer equipment. To promote innovative design ideas for medical waste treatment and provide reference solutions for improving the disposal process of medical waste transfer equipment.
