基于RAHP与QFD的老龄智能照护服务设计研究
摘 要：准确地了解老龄照护需求，有助于提升老龄人口养老服务质量。针对不同老龄群体照护服务需求繁杂且多样的问题，文章首先对RAHP与QFD进行概述；其次，梳理了老龄智能照护服务体系的现状；再次，基于RAHP与QFD对老龄智能照护服务需求展开分析，以智慧信息平台、智能装备以及实体照护服务三要素为框架，建立需求与质量特性之间的映射关系并计算综合需求权重；最后，提出老龄智能照护平台服务设计策略，以期提升老龄照护服务质量，并为相关设计实践提供一定的参考。

Abstract：Accurately understanding the needs of elderly care can help improve the quality of elderly care services for the elderly population. In response to the complex and diverse needs of care services for different elderly groups, the article first provides an overview of RAHP and QFD; Secondly, the current status of the intelligent care service system for the elderly was reviewed; Once again, based on the RAHP and QFD, the demand for intelligent care services for the elderly is analyzed. Using the three elements of intelligent information platform, intelligent equipment, and physical care services as the framework, the mapping relationship between demand and quality characteristics is established, and the comprehensive demand weight is calculated; Finally, a service design strategy for the elderly intelligent care platform is proposed to improve the quality of elderly care services and provide some reference for relevant design practices.
