基于老年人生命周期的机构养老空间设计研究
摘 要：随着我国老龄化程度的持续加深，全国老年人口规模越来越大，养老问题逐渐成为较严重的社会问题之一，满足老年人长期照护需求的养老服务及养老照护空间亟待完善。因此，文章立足于老年人的四个生命周期，通过对老年人自主期、部分援护期、全面援护期和终末期的身心机能特征及照护需求进行系统分析，形成以机构养老为支撑，辐射社区、居家养老的模式，并探讨与老年人生命周期相适应的机构养老空间设计策略，以满足不同生命周期老年人的照护需求。

Abstract：As China's aging population continues to deepen, the size of the elderly population has become increasingly large. The issue of elderly care has gradually become one of the most serious social problems. There is an urgent need to improve the elderly care services . Therefore, this article focuses on the four life cycles of the elderly, through a systematic analysis of the physical and mental characteristics and care needs of the elderly during the autonomous period, partial assistance period, comprehensive assistance period, and end-of-life period. It forms a model that is supported by institutional elderly care, and radiates to communities and home-based elderly care. The article also explores institution-based elderly care space design strategies that are in line with the elderly life cycle, in order to meet the care needs of elderly people in different life cycle stages.
