智慧社区下的共享工具服务设施设计
摘 要：基于当下智慧社区概念的提出及智慧社区建设要求，为了提高居民使用工具的体验进行共享工具服务设施设计。首先对智慧社区的服务背景以及当下共享工具服务设施的现状进行分析，再结合相应的设计理念进行设计创新探索，最后通过创新内容进行智慧社区下的共享工具服务设施的设计实践，使用共享、租借的相关理念来实现智慧社区下的工具共享。以期推进智慧社区建设，更好地满足数智化时代下业主的对日常工具的需求。

Abstract：Based on the current concept of smart communities and the requirements for smart community construction, in order to improve the user experience of residents using tools, we will design shared tool service facilities. Firstly, analyze the service background of the smart community and the current status of shared tool service facilities. Then, combine the corresponding design concepts to explore design innovation. Finally, through innovative content, carry out the design practice of shared tool service facilities in the smart community, using relevant concepts of sharing and leasing to achieve tool sharing in the smart community. In order to promote the construction of smart communities and better meet the needs of homeowners for daily tools in the digital age.
