基于层次分析法的智能服务机器人设计研究

摘 要:为建立智能服务机器人功能需求指标体系,文章首先对智能服务机器人的相关文献及使用场景商业模式进行了研究,总结服务机器人设计的现状。然后通过问卷调查法、访谈法和层次分析法计算各功能指标的权重值,并完成一致性检验。得出智能服务机器人的需求指标目标层1个、准则层4个、评价指标层14个,其中准则层的重要度从高到低排序为功能性、智能性、交互性和美观性,功能性中货物搬运权重占比最大,其次是精准补货。最后,将研究结论和设计实践相结合设计了一款宜家服务机器人,并从功能性、智能性、交互性及美观性四个方面进行设计,以期为智能服务机器人设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:In order to establish the functional requirement index system of intelligent service robot, this paper summarizes the status quo of service robot design through the research of relevant literatures of intelligent service robot and the analysis of business models of application scenarios. Then the weight value of each functional index is calculated by questionnaire survey, interview and analytic hierarchy process, and the consistency test is completed. It is concluded that there are 1 demand index target layer, 4 criterion layers and 14 evaluation index layers of intelligent service robots, among which the importance of criterion layer is ranked from high to low as functionality, intelligence, interactivity and beauty, and the weight of cargo handling accounts for the largest proportion in functionality, followed by accurate replenishment. Finally, will An IKEA service robot is designed based on the research conclusion and design practice, and it is designed from four aspects: functionality, intelligence, interactivity and aesthetics, in order to provide some reference for the design of intelligent service robot.
