基于城市触媒理论的工业遗产更新与再利用研究——以抚顺为例
摘 要：在城市发展中，一些老工业基地逐渐呈现出活力衰退、经济价值下滑、历史片段缺失等问题。工业遗产的更新与再利用需要在保有历史价值的同时，带动周边的空间更新与经济发展。研究以抚顺为案例，将城市触媒理念引入工业遗产的更新与再利用中，并对它进行实证研究，以期发现工业遗产更新与再利用的问题。同时，从功能、空间、文脉三种触媒因素的角度选择并分析当地触媒元素的特征，进而剖析城市触媒的运作模式，充分发挥城市触媒的独特作用。

Abstract：In the process of urban development, some old industrial bases gradually show problems such as vitality decline, economic value decline, and lack of historical fragments. The renewal and reuse of industrial heritage needs to promote the surrounding space renewal and economic development while preserving its historical value. This paper takes Fushun as a case, introduces the concept of urban catalyst into the regeneration and utilization of industrial heritage, and conducts empirical research on it, in order to find the problems existing in the renewal and reuse of industrial heritage. Select and analyze the characteristics of local catalyst elements from the perspective of function, space and context, and then analyze the operation mode of urban catalyst, and give full play to the unique role of urban catalyst.
