智慧城市视角下老旧社区公共空间的微更新设计研究
摘 要：广义上的“智慧城市”即是用“智慧”思维建设城市，社区作为城市治理的基本单元，是城市中重要肌理与记忆的一部分，也是城市更新的重要载体。文章以徐州老城区为例，对社区内公共空间的类型及特征进行分析，在此基础上，为打造智慧共享的公共空间，提出微更新设计的原则，并提出空间微修复、功能微植入、文化微重构的微更新设计策略，通过整合织补场地、复合多功能空间、生活圈虚实一体化等措施，全方位提升居民的生活品质，以期营造和谐共享的社区氛围。

Abstract：In a broad sense, "smart city" means the development and construction of the city with smart thinking. As the basic unit of urban governance, community is an important part of urban texture and memory, and an important carrier of urban renewal. Taking the old urban area of Xuzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of public space in the community. On this basis, in order to create a public space with wisdom sharing, this paper proposes the principles of micro-renewal design, and puts forward three renewal design strategies: spatial micro-restoration, functional micro-implantation and cultural micro-reconstruction. Through the integration of darning site, multi-functional space, virtual and real integration of living circle and other measures, the quality of life of residents is improved in an all-round way, and a harmonious and shared community atmosphere is created.
