基于SET与KJ法的盲人出行辅助产品设计研究

摘 要:SET因素分析法与KJ法是产品设计中常用的方法,文章将二者融合并应用于盲人出行辅助产品的设计中。首先通过SET因素分析法发现产品机会缺口,并对用户需求进行调研;其次,整合用户需求痛点并构思初步设计方针,理清用户需求层级与群组关系,为头脑风暴提供聚焦点;再次,运用KJ法对头脑风暴产物进行关联性聚类,明确设计原则,制定设计策略,从而选定设计方案并输出产品;最后,运用Rhino建模与KeyShot渲染软件呈现产品效果。融合SET与KJ法的设计流程能够深入挖掘用户需求,提升产品设计流程的系统性与准确性。

Abstract:The SET factor analysis method and KJ method are commonly used methods in product design. This article integrates and applies the two methods to the design of travel assistance products for the blind. Firstly, identify product opportunity gaps through SET factor analysis and conduct research on user needs; Secondly, integrate the pain points of user needs and conceive preliminary design guidelines, clarify the hierarchical and group relationships of user needs, and provide a focal point for brainstorming; Once again, the KJ method is used to cluster the correlation of brainstorming products, clarify design principles, formulate design strategies, and select design solutions and output products; Finally, use Rhino modeling and KeyShot rendering software to present the product effect. The design process that integrates SET and KJ methods can deeply explore user needs and improve the systematization and accuracy of the product design process.
