基于KE-AHP的纺织装备造型设计研究

摘 要:文章针对纺织装备造型设计前端目标意象与后端设计方案难以匹配的问题,提出基于感性工学和层次分析法的纺织装备造型设计方法,辅助设计师完成满足目标感性意象的方案设计。利用感性工学理论构建感性需求和纺织装备造型特征之间的映射模型,结合层次分析法决策出最符合预期感性意象的纺织装备造型设计方案,以尾纱清除机为例进行造型设计实践,验证了模型可行性。通过文章的研究,以期提升纺织装备造型设计方法的科学性与规范性。

Abstract:This paper aiming at the problem that the front-end target image of textile equipment modeling design is difficult to match with the back-end design scheme, a textile equipment modeling design method based on Kansei Engineering and Analytic Hierarchy Process is proposed to assist designers to complete the scheme design that meets the target perceptual image. The mapping model between the Kansei needs and the modeling characteristics of textile equipment is constructed by using the Kansei Engineering theory, and the modeling design scheme of textile equipment that best meets the expected perceptual image is determined by combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The feasibility of the model is verified by the modeling design practice of the tail yarn cleaning machine. Through the research of this article, we hope to improve the scientificity and standardization of the modeling design method of textile equipment.
