基于建筑叙事理论的历史街区保护与更新设计——以昆明巡津街为例
摘 要：随着现代社会的不断发展，历史街区的保护与更新设计越来越受到人们的重视与关注，改造除了应当关注历史建筑等物质层面的因素，还要对街区的历史脉络及文化精神等非物质层面进行关注。此次对历史街区保护与更新设计研究的重点在于以建筑空间、公共活动空间为主体，各个空间相辅相成，共同打造功能区域协调发展的新型历史街区，为街区带来整体面貌质的提升。研究通过对既有的建筑空间及形式进行保护与改造，以空间为媒介引入叙事理论，通过对历史的梳理分析，探究空间与历史的联系性，以及历史街区保护与更新设计的策略，以期促进区域的发展和提高居民的生活质量。

Abstract：With the continuous development of modern society, people pay more and more attention to the conservation and renewal design of historic blocks. Besides the material factors such as historical buildings, the transformation should also pay attention to the intangible aspects such as the historical context and cultural spirit of the blocks. The focus of this research on the conservation and renewal design of historic district is to take architectural space and public activity space as the main body. All Spaces complement each other and jointly create a new historic district with coordinated development of functional areas, so as to improve the overall appearance of the district. The study also protects and transforms existing architectural Spaces and forms, introduces narrative theory through space as the medium, and explores the connection between space and history, as well as design strategies for conservation and renewal of historic blocks by combing and analyzing history, with a view to promoting regional development and improving residents' quality of life.
