高校建筑类教育遗产的改造设计研究
摘 要：高校建筑类教育遗产承载着高校的精神文脉，对此类建筑的改造设计可以延续建筑的文化价值，重塑经济价值，并且有效避免了“大拆大建”的建设模式。文章首先介绍了我国高校建筑类教育遗产的背景和现状，其次从建筑类教育遗产的特征、改造原则，以及改造策略展开研究。以期为高校建筑类教育遗产的保护和管理改造设计提供依据和参考，更好地延续高校建筑类教育遗产的生命力。

Abstract：The architectural educational heritage carries the spiritual context of colleges and universities. The renovation and design of such buildings can continue the cultural value of the building, reshape the economic value, and effectively avoid the construction mode of "demolition and construction" .This paper firstly introduces the background and current situation of the architectural university heritage in China and then researches the characteristics, transformation principles, and strategies of architectural educational heritage, to provide a basis and reference for the protection and management of architectural university heritage, to better continue the vitality of the architectural educational heritage.
