基于用户成长体系的公益类APP交互设计研究
摘 要：在我国公益事业兴起之时，如何降低志愿者流失率并建立完善的长效机制成为公益事业持续发展的首要命题。文章综合用户成长体系和交互设计理论，以公益类APP的研究现状为依据，深度挖掘志愿者与产品之间的互动联系，归纳总结具有普遍适用性的用户成长体系要素，最终构建出具有增强志愿者行为动机的公益类APP交互设计策略。以期为公益事业持续发展提供新思路。

Abstract：At the time of the rise of public welfare undertakings in China, how to reduce the loss rate of volunteers and establish a perfect long-term mechanism has become the primary proposition for the sustainable development of public welfare undertakings. This paper integrates the user growth system and interaction design theory, based on the research status of public welfare APP, deeply explores the interaction between volunteers and products, summarizes the elements of user growth system with universal applicability, and finally constructs the interaction design strategy of public welfare APP with enhanced volunteer behavior motivation. In order to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of public welfare undertakings.
