基于SAPAD的肝癌护理服务系统设计研究
摘 要：服务设计助力医疗，文章从肝癌护理出发，深入洞察护理过程中患病家庭的具体情况和需求，引入服务设计优化肝癌护理服务，主要运用SAPAD理论框架深入挖掘用户行为背后的意义，以人为本，提取用户核心需求，结合服务设计的思维方法，全方位分析肝癌护理服务系统中各方利益相关者之间的相互关系，在此基础上进行系统构建，完善肝癌护理服务体验，为肝癌护理服务系统设计的展开提供指导方向。

Abstract：Service design empowers healthcare. Starting from liver cancer care, the article has a deep insight into the specific conditions and needs of sick families in the nursing process, and introduces service design to optimize liver cancer care services. It mainly uses the SAPAD theoretical framework to dig deep into the meaning behind user behavior, and extracts core user needs from a people-oriented perspective. On this basis, combined with the thinking method of service design, the research comprehensively analyzes the relationship between various stakeholders in the liver cancer care service system. Finally, the system design and construction are carried out to improve the liver cancer care service experience and provide guidance for the development of liver cancer care service system design.
