基于服务触点挖掘的江南乡村品牌服务设计研究

摘 要:文章从服务设计视域出发,基于更加全面的服务触点挖掘研究乡村品牌的服务设计流程与策略,通过基础的情境研究、用户旅程图、服务触点挖掘剖析用户需求,梳理总结当今“互联网+”时代下的乡村品牌服务设计策略。根据宏观的系统化视角提升乡村品牌的设计竞争力与用户服务体验,加快乡村品牌与互联网大众的结合,以及农村脱贫攻坚的步伐,以期推动乡村的可持续发展。

Abstract:From the perspective of service design, this paper studies rural products based on more comprehensive service contact miningBrand service design process and strategy, analyzes user needs through basic situation research, user journey map and service contact mining, and summarizes the rural brand service design strategy in the current Internet + era. Based on the macroscopic systematic perspective, the design competitiveness of rural brands should be enhanced, user service experience should be enhanced, and the combination of rural brands and the Internet public should be accelerated, in order to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.
