基于德尔菲法与模糊Kano模型的适老化产品设计
摘 要：为提升适老化产品的老年用户满意度，从老年人的实际需求出发，提出基于德尔菲法和模糊Kano模型的适老化产品设计方法。首先，对适老化产品的老年用户需求进行收集，利用德尔菲法进行筛选。其次，利用模糊Kano模型对用户需求和满意度之间的关系进行测定，根据Kano属性对用户需求进行分类并构建设计模型，得到提升适老化产品用户满意度的合理解决途径。最后，将该方法应用于适老化血压测量仪的设计实例中，验证其可行性，为产品更好地服务于老年人提供理论基础，以促进适老化产品进一步完善与发展。

Abstract：In order to improve the elderly user satisfaction of household products, this paper proposes an aging product design method based on Delphi method method and fuzzy Kano model from the actual needs of the elderly. First, collect the needs of elderly users of household products, and use Delphi method to screen. Secondly, the fuzzy Kano model is used to measure the relationship between user needs and satisfaction, classify user needs based on Kano attributes, and construct a design model to obtain a reasonable solution to improve user satisfaction of elderly products. Finally, this method is applied to the design example of an aging blood pressure measuring instrument to verify its feasibility, providing a theoretical basis for the product to better serve the elderly, and promoting the further improvement and development of home products.
