基于Kano模型的电动滑板用户需求分析与设计

摘 要:为解决目前电动滑板存在的功能不齐全、功能体现不明显、缺乏主导性的设计理念等问题,文章以Kano模型为指导,通过网络搜集和用户访谈的方式梳理用户对于电动滑板的功能需求。根据功能需求制定Kano问卷,并通过Better-Worse的方法得出电动滑板各个功能需求的分类属性,对电动滑板功能属性进行优先级排序,最终得出电动滑板的设计重点与功能规划,对电动滑板进行创新设计。运用Kano模型进行功能属性划分与研究,可以提升用户的满意度和使用体验。

Abstract:To address the current issues of incomplete functionality, unclear functional representation, and lack of dominant design concepts in electric skateboards, the article uses the Kano model as a guide to sort out users' functional requirements for electric skateboards through online collection and user interviews. Develop a Kano questionnaire based on functional requirements, and use the Better-Worse method to determine the classification attributes of various functional requirements for electric skateboards. Prioritize the functional attributes of electric skateboards, and ultimately determine the design focus and functional planning of electric skateboards. Innovate the design of electric skateboards. The use of Kano model for functional attribute classification and research can improve user satisfaction and user experience.
