微更新视角下的历史街区改造设计研究——以武汉平和坊历史街区为例
摘 要：历史街区的保护与重塑不仅关乎着城市发展，也关乎着人民的民生福祉，是提升城市幸福感与发扬历史文化的重要途径。近年来，许多城市历史街区在微更新的理念下采用小规模渐进式的方式实施保护工作，取得了良好的效果。文章以武汉平和坊历史街区为例，从平和坊的历史背景及现状问题出发，探寻实现物理空间的更新、精神氛围的塑造及城市文脉传承的策略，以期为历史街区的改造更新带来一定启示。

Abstract：The conservation and reinvention of agricultural historic districts is not only a matter of urban development, but also of people's livelihood and well-being, and is an important way to enhance urban well-being and promote historical culture. In recent years, many historic districts in cities have adopted the concept of micro-renewal to implement conservation work in a small-scale and incremental manner, achieving good results. Based on the historical background and current situation of Pinghe Fang historical Block in Wuhan, this paper explores the strategies to realize the renewal of physical space, the shaping of spiritual atmosphere and the inheritance of urban context, in order to bring certain enlightenment for the renovation
and renewal of historical block.
