基于情境系统的汽车自动驾驶交互界面可用性评价

摘 要:文章以心理学领域中的情境研究为基础,结合交互产品设计的五个属性,构建用户使用自动驾驶系统界面的情境系统空间,通过分析用户行为和需求,搭建情境系统与自动驾驶系统交互界面评价的脉络。最后使用层次分析法得到已排序的可用性评价指标模型,为后续自动驾驶系统界面可用性评价指标体系的建立提供有效参考,并引发更多关于新型技术与可用性评价之间的思考。

Abstract:Based on the situational systems research in the field of psychology, combined with the five attributes of interactive product design, this paper constructs a context system space for users to use the auto drive system interface. By analyzing user behavior and needs, it builds the context of the evaluation of the interaction interface between the context system and the auto drive system. Finally, it uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the sorted usability evaluation index model, It provides an effective reference for the subsequent establishment of the usability evaluation index system of the auto drive system interface, and leads to more thinking about new technologies and usability evaluation.
