后工业时代工业遗产改造设计研究——以南丰纱厂为例
摘 要：随着社会经济支柱的转移，传统工业产业日渐凋零。工业园区将何去何从引起各界积极的讨论。工业遗产是人类工业时代精神文化的缩影与见证，对工业发展进程的追溯有着重要意义。文章首先对南丰纱厂的建设和发展状况进行调研和资料采集，其次对改造案例的环境改造策略、资源的可持续利用、产业模式等进行研究分析。从成功案例中获取创新性的、可持续的改造灵感，以期为未来的工业遗产改造提供理论参考。

Abstract：As the economic pillars of society change, traditional industrial industries are withering away. The future of industrial area is being actively discussed. Industrial heritage is the epitome of the spiritual culture of the industrial age and is of great significance to the future tracing of the industrial development process. Firstly, the paper investigates and collects data on the construction and development of Nan Fung Cotton Mills. Secondly, it studies and analyzes the environmental transformation strategy, sustainable utilization of resources and industrial model of the transformation case. Innovative and sustainable transformation inspirations are drawn from its successful cases, providing theoretical references for future practitioners of industrial heritage transformation.
