场所理论下历史街区的保护与更新
摘 要：历史文化街区一般是旧时城市的中心区，代表了当时城市的历史文化内涵。因此，保护与更新街区，提升街区活力，具有十分重要的意义。文章主要从历史街区的保护与更新视角进行展开，通过对案例的实地调研测绘，分析街区的现状问题。从行为和文化的角度，探讨场所理论下历史文化街区的设计策略。以期通过城市存量资源的活化利用，实现旧城区重塑复兴的可能性，为我国历史文化街区的功能定位与发展模式提供借鉴。

Abstract：Historical and cultural districts are generally the central areas of old cities, representing the historical and cultural connotations of the city at that time, and it is of great importance to preserve and regenerate them to realize their vitality and dynamism. The article focuses on a research perspective on the conservation and renewal of historic districts, analyzing the current problems of the districts through field research and mapping of cases. From the perspective of behavior and culture, the article explores the design strategies of historical and cultural districts under the framework of place theory. The article aims to realize the possibility of reinventing and revitalizing old urban areas through the adaptive use of urban stock resources, and to provide theoretical reference values for the functional positioning and development mode of historical and cultural districts in China.
