基于心流理论的老年人运动类APP设计策略
摘 要：文章以心流理论为理论支撑，探寻老年人运动类APP设计思路。首先，通过对心流理论的知识梳理，将心流前兆、过程和结果三个阶段分别映射到老年人运动准备阶段、进行阶段和完成阶段，并阐明心流理论应用于老年运动类APP设计的意义。其次，将心流体验要素和老年用户特征相结合，提出适用于老年人的运动类APP设计策略，为心流理论的应用提供更多可能性，同时为APP设计的适老化调整带来更多思考。

Abstract：Based on flow theory, this paper explores the design ideas of exercise apps for the elderly. First of all, by combing the knowledge of flow theory, the three stages of flow precursor, process and result are mapped respectively to the preparation stage, progress stage and completion stage of exercise for the elderly, to clarify the significance of flow theory applied to the design of exercise apps for the elderly. Secondly, by combining the flow experience elements with the characteristics of elderly users, the design strategies of sports apps suitable for the elderly are proposed, which provides more possibilities for the application of flow theory and brings more thoughts for the aging adjustment of APP design.
