“一院一景”理念下渝东南传统民居的改造设计研究
摘 要：渝东南传统村落地处相对闭塞的山区，大批不可再生的传统民居建筑中所承载的审美艺术价值与山地建筑文化正在逐渐消失，进行建筑改造可能会带来好的效益，也有可能带来负面影响，丢失原来建筑的味道，改变这一现状是社会文化传承的迫切需求。文章提出将“一院一景”的设计理念运用到设计改造之中，既充分保留了渝东南的地域特色，避免了千村一貌，又在院景与民居之间探索出更多的创造性，使传承保护与改造两不误。以期为发掘渝东南传统村落民居的潜力价值提供新的借鉴，通过对比分析可以发现建筑改造中应该注意的问题，走出一条具有渝东南民族特色的“生态乡村”和“文化乡村”的新发展道路，使传统村落民居焕发新的生机。

Abstract：The traditional villages in southeast Chongqing are located in relatively closed mountainous areas. The aesthetic artistic value and mountain architectural culture carried in a large number of non-renewable traditional residential buildings are rapidly disappearing. Changing this situation is an urgent need for social and cultural inheritance. This paper proposes that the design concept of "one courtyard, one view" should be applied to the design and renovation, which not only fully preserves the regional characteristics of southeast Chongqing, avoids one appearance of a thousand villages, but also explores more creativity between the courtyard scenery and residential houses, so as to not only inherit, protect and transform. In order to provide new reference for exploring the potential value of traditional village dwellings in southeast Chongqing, through comparative analysis, we can find out the problems that should be paid attention to in the architectural reconstruction, and find out a new development path of "ecological village" and "cultural village" with ethnic characteristics in southeast Chongqing, so as to make traditional village dwellings glow with new vitality.
