海南西岛渔村旅游服务设计策略研究
摘 要：以海南西岛渔村为研究对象，以渔村旅游服务利益相关者为中心，从可持续发展层面，展开西岛渔村旅游服务问题的分析，针对旅游体验内容单一、旅游纪念品吸引力不足、游客环保意识引导不足、渔民转产转业模式单一等问题，探讨西岛渔村旅游服务的良性发展方向，提出共享式渔村旅游体验设计、共创式渔村旅游纪念品开发、共赢式生态体验设计、协同式渔村人才培养等四个服务设计策略，让西岛渔村旅游开发能够更好地服务于各利益相关方，达到合作共赢、互惠互利的结果。

Abstract：Taking the fishing village of Hainan Xidao as the research object, focusing on the tourism service stakeholders of the fishing village, analyzing the tourism service problems of the Xidao fishing village from the perspective of sustainable development. Aiming at the problems of lack of tourism experience content, insufficient attraction of tourist souvenirs, insufficient guidance of tourists' environmental protection awareness, and lack of fishermen's transformation mode, this paper discusses the benign development direction of tourism services of the Xidao Fishing Village, and proposes four service design strategies, including the sharing style fishing village tourism experience design, the co creating style fishing village tourism souvenir development, the win-win style ecological experience design, and the collaborative style fishing village talent training, Let the tourism development of Xidao Fishing Village better serve all stakeholders and achieve win-win cooperation and mutual benefit.
