用户体验视角下四面出风天花空调设计研究
摘 要：随着空调市场的竞争日趋激烈和人们不断变化的精神需求，人们对空调的需求已经从单一的功能性上升到外观的美观性上。文章对用户的空调使用体验进行调研，分析不同角色用户群在空调使用中的行为情绪变化及关注的焦点，并对用户需求进行挖掘和整理，将需求点转化为设计需求定位，从而对空调进行创新设计，以期为四面出风天花空调设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：With the increasingly fierce competition in the air conditioning market and people's changing spiritual needs, people's demand for air conditioning has been sublimated from the single function to the aesthetic appearance. This paper conducted a survey on users' air conditioning use experience, analyzed the behavioral and emotional changes of different role user groups in the use of air conditioning and the focus of attention, and explored and sorted out users' needs. Then through the analysis of the use environment, the demand point is transformed into the design demand positioning, and the innovation design of air conditioning is carried out. From the perspective of user experience, in order to provide some reference for the design of four-sided exhaust ceiling air conditioning.
