基于感性工学与BP神经网络的电动叉车造型设计研究

摘 要:鉴于工程装备的造型设计与用户感觉意象之间存在不匹配性,可以通过感性工学的方法指导设计,首先运用聚类分析与因子分析进行感性意象调查,其次运用Matlab软件构建感性意象与电动叉车造型特征要素的BP神经网络模型,经过反复的训练和测试网络得到两者较高的拟合度,进而成功计算出最契合用户感性意象,即力量的、简约的、灵活的、坚实的产品造型要素特征组合。最后进行设计实践,综合考虑市场的感性需求和工程产品的造型设计之间的拟合度是设计走向合理性的关键环节,有效避免了设计师主观设计的不足,使模糊的市场需求明晰化。

Abstract:In view of the mismatch between the modeling design of engineering equipment and the user's sensory image, the design is guided by the method of perceptual engineering. First, the perceptual image is investigated by using cluster analysis and factor analysis, and then the BP neural network model of perceptual image and the modeling feature elements of electric forklift is constructed by using MATLAB software. After repeated training and testing, the network obtains a high degree of fitting between them, and then successfully calculates the most suitable user's perceptual—image, Powerful, simple, flexible and solid product modeling element feature combination. Comprehensively considering the fitting degree between the perceptual demand of the market and the modeling design of engineering products is the key link for the rationality of the design, which effectively avoids the deficiency of the designer's subjective design and clarifies the fuzzy market demand.
