老年友好理念下开放式老旧小区微空间改造研究——以徐州市黄河新村为例
摘 要：当下中国居民的居住情况呈现出越来越明显的两极分化，与新建小区相比，老旧小区随着社会的快速发展，内部微空间已经远远不能满足当下人们的需求，开放式老旧小区更是如此。文章通过对相关文献中关于社区微空间的研究，从老年人的视角出发，探讨当下以老年人为主的开放式老旧小区微空间如何进行适老化更新。以徐州黄河新村为例，文章有针对性地引入了老年友好理念来提升社区微空间的品质，使改造后的小区更符合当下老年人的日常使用情况。最后，总结出针对这一类居住区的更新原则和策略，以期为老旧社区更新改造提供可靠的依据。

Abstract：Nowadays, the living situation of chinese residents is more and more polarized. Compared with the newly built neighborhoods, with the rapid development of society, the interior microspace can not satisfy the current people's usage, especially the open old neighborhoods. Based on the study of community microspace in relevant literature, this paper discusses how to adapt the microspace in the open old neighborhood, which is dominated by the elderly, from the perspective of the elderly. Taking the huanghe new village in xuzhou as an example, the concept of age-friendly is introduced to improve the quality of community microspace, so that the renovated community is more in line with the daily use of the elderly. Finally, the paper summarizes the renewal principles and strategies for this kind of residential area, and provides a reliable basis for the community renewal.
