基于感性工学的物探人员失温防护设备设计研究

摘 要:文章针对物探人员在野外工作时热量消耗过度导致失温的问题,基于感性工学进行研究。首先,采用感性工学的阶层类别分析法,与传统的设计流程不同的是其将设计分成几个阶段;其次将一些其他产品功能元素融入失温防护设备中,由推论逐级展开;最终提出物探防护设备设计的策略。以期对我国个人防护类装备的改进和设计提供新的思路。

Abstract:In this paper, the problem of temperature loss caused by excessive heat consumption of geophysical prospecting personnel in the field is studied based on kansei engineering. First of all, the hierarchy and category analysis method of kansei engineering is adopted, which is different from the traditional design process in that it divides the design into several stages; Secondly, some other product functional elements are added to the temperature loss protection equipment, which is developed step by step by inference; Finally, the design strategy of geophysical protective equipment is realized. It is expected to provide new ideas for the improvement and design of personal protective equipment in China.
