基于虚拟现实技术的综合保税区城市更新设计探析
摘 要：信息化时代背景下，虚拟现实技术在城市设计中的应用日渐增多。文章首先提出了虚拟现实技术在综合保税区城市更新设计中的实际需求及应用优势，其次分别从前期准备、初步方案生成、方案汇报和方案修改四个阶段提出基于虚拟现实技术的综合保税区城市更新设计流程，最后赋予实践，以期为其他类型的工业园区更新设计提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：The application of virtual reality technology in urban design is increasing under the background of information age. Firstly, this paper puts forward the actual demand and application advantages of virtual reality technology in the urban renewal design of Comprehensive Bonded Area. Secondly, it puts forward the renewal design process from the four stages of preliminary preparation, preliminary scheme generation, scheme reporting and scheme modification. Finally, give practice, in order to provide useful reference for other types of industrial park renewal design.
