基于情境感知的适老化产品与服务设计研究

摘 要:随着社会人口老龄化日益加剧,老年用户在使用当下流行的智能设备时存在着认知负荷,老年用户群体的适老化产品与服务设计成为当下的热点。为改善老年用户操作智能产品时的使用体验,文章通过对情境感知理论和新时代适老化产品与服务设计的分析总结,结合当前大数据、云计算、物联网和智能穿戴设备等科学技术,提出四种情境因素的适老化产品与服务设计策略。情境感知理论为适老化产品与服务设计提供了方法和策略参考,为老年用户提供更加无微不至的关怀属性。

Abstract:With the growing problem of ageing population in society and the cognitive load of elderly users in using the popular smart devices of today, the design of age-appropriate product services for the elderly user group has become a hot topic nowadays. Intelligent service design for age-appropriate products is studied to improve the experience of elderly users when operating smart products. By analyzing and summarizing the theory of context perception and the service design of ageing-friendly products in the new era, and combining the current high technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things and smart mobile devices, the intelligent service design strategy of ageing-friendly products containing four contextual factors, namely, user, task, environment and device, is proposed. The context-awareness theory provides a method and strategy reference for the design of ageing-friendly products and services, and provides more comfortable and humanistic care attributes for elderly users.
