基于服务设计理念的智能医用消杀设备设计研究
摘 要：在智能科技快速发展的今天，智能医用消杀设备在一定程度上保障了人们的生命安全，但在安全功能设计、外观设计和用户体验设计上还不够完善。文章运用服务设计理念，首先，分析了智能医用消杀设备的现状，了解目前智能医用消杀设备存在的问题与不足；其次，运用问卷调查的方法对目标用户的需求进行调研分析，得出基于目标用户需求的智能医用消杀设备评价指标，根据评价指标对目标用户的需求点进行归类和排列；最后，通过总结，得出智能医用消杀设备的设计思路。希望通过文章的研究，以期能为相关产品设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract：Today, with the rapid development of intelligent technology, intelligent medical killing equipment ensures people's life, safety to a certain extent, but it is not perfect in safety function design, appearance design and user experience design. Using the concept of service design, this paper first analyzes the current situation of intelligent medical killing equipment, and understands the problems and deficiencies of intelligent medical killing equipment. Secondly, the needs of target users are investigated and analyzed by using the method of questionnaire, and the evaluation indexes of intelligent medical killing equipment based on the needs of target users are obtained. The demand points of target users are classified and arranged according to the evaluation indexes. Finally, through the summary, the design ideas of intelligent medical disinfection equipment are obtained. It is hoped that through the research of the article, it can provide some reference for the design of related products.
