基于网络评论分析和感性工学的家用跑步机改进设计研究

摘 要:文章以跑步机为研究对象,拟通过网络爬取用户评论的手段,准确高效的获取用户使用反馈,得到用户需求信息,运用感性工学的方法量化需求信息,得到有效的需求数据;基于用户评论数据,结合人机界面元件得出产品的外观形态设计要素;通过调查问卷得到用户感性评分数据,运用正交试验的方法对构建意象认知空间,将感性信息进行转化并得到最优设计要素组合,以此指导跑步机的外观设计方案。

Abstract:In this paper, the treadmill as the research object, through the network crawling user comments means, accurate and efficient access to user feedback, user demand information, the use of kansei engineering method to quantify demand information, get effective demand data; Based on user comment data, combining with human-machine interface elements, the design elements of product appearance form are obtained. The perceptual score data of users were obtained by questionnaire, and the image cognitive space was constructed by orthogonal experiment method. Perceptual information was transformed and the optimal design elements were obtained to guide the appearance design scheme of treadmill.
