基于建筑现象学的青年公寓共享空间设计研究
摘 要：共享空间极具文化色彩，不仅减少了土地空间的浪费，而且大大提高了空间场所的多元化运用。青年人是现代化发展的支柱，很多城市为响应政策号召，建立了青年公寓共享空间，虽然解决了青年人的住房问题，但是缺乏空间环境与群体之间联系的场所，更趋于“同化”效应。首先，文章运用了建筑现象学相关理论，研究了建筑空间与群体之间的联系。其次，提出对青年公寓共享空间的“场所精神”及“知觉体验”的重构，注重对共享空间多维度的思考及综合应用。最后，通过前期理论分析提出基于建筑现象学的青年公寓共享空间设计策略。以期为青年公寓共享空间设计提供一定借鉴。

Abstract：The shared space is very cultural, which not only reduces the waste of land space, but also greatly improves the diversified use of space and places. Young people are the backbone of the trend of modernization. In response to the policy call, many cities have established shared spaces for youth apartments. Although the housing problem of young people has been solved, there is a lack of places for the connection between the space environment and groups, and it tends to “assimilate”. effect. The article first uses the related theories of architectural phenomenology to study the essential connection between architectural space and groups. Secondly, it proposes the reconstruction of the "spirit of place" and "perceptual experience" of the shared space of the youth apartment, focusing on the multi-dimensional thinking and comprehensive application of the shared space. Finally, through the preliminary theoretical analysis, the design strategies such as the overall planning characteristics of the shared space, the integration of the functional composition of the shared space, and the vitality of the shared space are proposed. It is expected to provide some reference for the design of shared space in youth apartments.
