“专创融合” 背景下艺术设计创新创业人才培养模式的构建
摘 要：创新创业是国家发展和民族振兴的重大战略，“专创融合”是深化高职创新创业教育的有效途径，为艺术设计专业发展提供了新的思路。文章从分析创新创业教育在艺术设计人才培养中的现状入手，分析创新创业教育与专业教育融合的意义，从艺术设计人才培养目标确立、专业课程教学改革、实践平台搭建、师资团队建设、考核评价体系完善等方面对“专创融合”理念下艺术设计创新创业人才培养模式的构建策略进行探索，以期为专业教育和创新创业教育可持续发展提供动力，为行业与企业的人才需求和国家战略发展需求提供支撑。

Abstract：Innovation and entrepreneurship is a major strategy for national development and national rejuvenation, the integration of specialty and innovation is an effective way to deepen entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges, which also provides new strategies for the development of art design specialty. Starting with the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the talent training mode of art design, this paper analyzes the value of the integration of entrepreneurship and innovation education and professional education. From the aspects of establishing talent training objectives, teaching reform of professional courses, construction of practice platform, construction of teachers' team, improvement of assessment and evaluation system, this paper explores the construction strategy of Innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode of art design based on the concept of integration of specialty and innovation, which provides impetus for the sustainable development of professional and entrepreneurship and innovation education, and supports the talent demand of the bank and enterprise market and the national strategic development demand.
