基于用户认知实验的网络表情包造型设计研究

摘 要:在视觉文化盛行的时代背景下,表情包的流行是网络传播行为中图像转向的重要佐证。关于表情包的研究多集中在传播学和符号学的领域,而从设计学角度探究其造型特征以及用户使用习惯的研究则相对较少。文章旨在探索如何通过定量研究的方法,探索表情包造型规律。通过若干用户认知实验、聚类分析、多维尺度分析等统计学手段进行表情包构成元素与风格的探索,得出表情包造型规律与对应的设计原则,为表情包设计提供全新的设计思路。

Abstract:Under the background of the Visual Culture, the popularity of emoticons is an important evidence of Pictorial Turn in network communication. Recently research on emoticons is mostly focuses on the fields of communication and semiotics, and there remains a blank about the design principle and user habits of emoticons from the perspective of design. Therefore, this paper is trying to explore the design principles of different emoticons via quantitative method. Through exploratory statistical analysis methods such as multi-dimensional scale analysis and correspondence analysis, this paper explores corresponding emoticons classification and design principles. With the help of emoticon design principles, this original design practice will help designers do better design of emoticons.
