服务设计理念下校园招聘服务系统设计研究
摘 要：文章从校园招聘服务出发，通过对应届毕业生、企业的需求展开研究，提出了校园招聘服务的创新解决办法。在原有的校园招聘服务模式基础上，通过对服务系统的本体层、行为层、价值层进行深入研究，提供线上线下相结合的服务方式，强化服务系统中的学习属性。在满足公共卫生安全的前提下，服务系统平衡了不同用户的需求，提升了校园招聘服务的用户体验。

Abstract：This article discusses the current campus recruitment situation, through researches corresponding to the needs of graduates and enterprises, innovative solutions for campus recruitment services are proposed. Based on the original campus recruitment service model, through in-depth research on the ontology layer, behavior layer, and value of the service system, it provides a combination of online and offline service methods and strengthens the learning attributes in the service system. On the premise of meeting public health safety, the service system balances the needs of different users and improves the experience of campus recruitment services.
