基于需求层次的家用老年陪护机器人设计研究
摘 要：为有效解决市面上现有家用老年陪护机器人产品功能同质化、无法针对性地为老年用户提供需求服务的问题，文章提出以老年用户需求为导向的家用老年陪护机器人设计方法。文章首先探讨了家用老年陪护机器人设计现状；其次，对老年人需求进行分析，构建了老年用户需求层次模型，通过计算需求权重来筛选需求；最后，基于需求层次提出了家用老年陪护机器人设计策略。并从造型设计、交互设计、功能设计三个方面，展开了家用老年陪护机器人设计实践。文章的研究为家用老年陪护机器人的创新设计提供了新思路，具有一定的理论与现实意义。

Abstract：In order to effectively solve the problem of homogeneous functions of existing home care robots on the market, which cannot provide targeted services for the needs of elderly users. In this paper, we propose a demand-oriented design method for elderly companion robots. This paper firstly discusses the current situation of the design of home elderly companion robots and. Secondly, it analyzes the needs of the elderly, and then proposes the design ideas of the home companion robot based on the needs level. The method of this paper provides a new idea for the innovative design of home elderly companion robots, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
