基于层次分析法的机床设计元素排序研究

摘 要:为明确机床中元素的设计顺序,文章通过层次分析法对机床设计元素进行排序研究。首先,阐述层次分析法及机床设计元素的概念;其次,分析基于层次分析法的机床设计元素排序意义;最后,提出基于层次分析法的机床设计元素排序思路,并将其应用到实例中。在研究过程中,将元素从感官、操作、情感三个维度进行分类并建立设计优先级排序模型,明确元素重要度,获得最终排序方案。通过本文的研究,以期为设计提供较为合理的机床元素设计顺序,并提供机床创新设计的思路。

Abstract:In order to clarify the design sequence of the elements in the machine tool, the article is based on the analytic hierarchy process to study the sequence of the design elements of the machine tool. Firstly, the concept of analytic hierarchy process and machine tool design elements is explained; secondly, the significance of sequence of machine tool design elements based on analytic hierarchy process is analyzed; finally, the idea of sequence of machine tool design elements based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed and applied to the examples. In the research process, the elements are classified from the three dimensions of sensory, operation, and emotion, and a design priority ranking model is established to clarify the importance of the elements and obtain the final ranking plan. Through the research of this article, we hope to provide a more reasonable design sequence of machine tool elements for design and provide ideas for innovative design of machine tools.
