城市双修理念下的城中村改造研究——以徐州市奎东村改造为例
摘 要：随着城市化进程的推进，城市发展已由增量发展阶段开始向存量阶段转化，因此城中村逐渐走向人们的视野。文章以徐州市奎东村为例，基于“城市双修”的理念，根据走访调查找出基地的现存问题，在传承文脉并保持现有居民生活状态的基础上，对生态、交通、公共空间、文化等方面进行分析，并提出修补策略。以期改善居民们的居住环境，为城中村的生存与发展提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：With the advancement of urbanization, urban development has begun to transform from the incremental development stage to the stock stage, and the village in the city is gradually coming into people's vision. Taking xuzhou city KuiDong village as an example, based on the concept of "double major city", in passing on context and maintain the existing residents living conditions, on the basis of the ecological, cultural, transportation, public space is analyzed and puts forward strategies for repair, improve the living environment, for the survival and development of village inside city provides some reference.
