基于模块化的房车内部空间优化设计研究
摘 要：针对目前我国房车市场存在单品销量少、成本高、设计单一、难以满足个性化需求等问题，文章提出基于模型库的模块化房车内部空间造型优化设计方法。在分析房车内部功能模块的基础上，采用模块化方法构建房车独立部件模块库，以用户需求为导向，从CMF、车辆重心分布、人机工程学等几个方面，对房车内部空间造型进行基于模块化的优化设计方法研究，并通过验证说明房车内部空间优化设计方法的合理性。此优化设计方法利于降低房车企业生产成本，实现房车产品的个性化设计，对促进我国房车行业的发展具有一定意义。

Abstract：In view of the problems existing in China's RV market, such as low single product sales, high cost, single design and difficult to meet personalized needs, this paper puts forward a modular RV interior space modeling optimization design method based on model base. Based on the analysis of the internal functional modules of the RV, the modular method is used to build the independent component module library of the RV. Guided by the user's needs, the modular optimization design method of the interior space modeling of the RV is studied from the aspects of CMF, vehicle center of gravity distribution and ergonomics, and the rationality of the optimization design method of the interior space of the RV is verified. This optimization design method is conducive to reduce the production cost of RV enterprises and realize the personalized design of RV products, which is of certain significance to promote the development of RV industry in China.
