基于KANO模型的城市公交站静态导视系统适老化设计研究

摘 要:以老年用户为主要视角,分析老年用户乘车时在寻找站台、寻找乘车车牌、确认公交、确认时间四个阶段的行为及痛点,并基于KANO模型将老年用户需求分为基本因素、期望因素与魅力因素。在此基础上,以优化城市公交站静态导视系统信息的有效传达,提升老龄用户出行效率与出行体验为目的,从文字、图形、色彩、版式以及智能交互等方面提出城市公交站静态导视系统适老化设计策略。通过文章的研究,以期促进老年用户与城市公交站静态导视系统的有效交互。

Abstract:With older users as the main point of view, analysis of older users to looking for the platform, looking for car license plate, confirmation of bus, time four stages of behavior and pain points, and older users demand based on the KANO model is divided into basic factors, expectation factor and charm. On this basis, in order to optimize the information transmission effectiveness of static guidance system of urban bus station and improve the travel efficiency and travel experience of elderly users, the age-appropriate design strategy of static guidance system of urban bus station was proposed from the aspects of text, graphics, color, layout and intelligent interaction.Through the research of this paper, we hope to promote the effective interaction between the elderly users and the static guidance system of urban bus station.
