基于环境抚慰的安宁疗护院设计研究
摘 要：随着我国老龄化进程的不断加快，老年人的数量越来越多，那些身患绝症、长期疾病和慢性疼痛等严重疾病的老年人和处于生命终末期的患者都需要完善的医疗护理和安宁疗护等服务。文章以安宁疗护院的环境为载体，通过室内设计的手法向患者传递积极信息，抚慰患者及其家属的心灵。文章提出基于环境抚慰的安宁疗护院设计思路，包括健康的建筑疗愈环境、合理的组织交通流线和营造病房区的居家氛围。以期为患者提供优质的疗护环境，使其感到舒适、欣慰及满足。

Abstract：As the aging process is accelerating in our country, the number of the elderly is increasing, so the patients who suffer from incurable diseases, long-term diseases and chronic pain and the patients at the end of their life need better medical care and hospice care services. Taking the environment of hospice nursing home as the carrier, this paper is to convey positive information to the patients and to comfort the hearts of the patients and their families by means of interior design. The design idea of hospice nursing home based on environmental soothing was put forward, Including a healthy architectural healing environment, reasonable organization of traffic circulation and creating a home atmosphere in the ward area.To provide patients with a quality care environment, so that they feel comfortable, gratified and satisfied.
