基于高效率与高质量的“工作室制”工业设计人才培养
摘 要：文章首先对“工作室制”人才培养模式的起源进行回顾，然后对“工作室制”工业设计人才培养存在的问题进行分析，最后提出基于高效率与高质量的“工作室制”工业设计人才培养的意义及策略。以期为工业设计人才培养提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract：This paper first reviews the origin of "studio system" talent training mode, and then analyzes the existing problems of "studio system" industrial design talent training, and finally puts forward the significance and strategy of "studio system" industrial design talent training based on high efficiency and high quality.
