高水平院校广告专业人才个性化培养模式研究

摘 要:研究围绕高水平院校,将广告专业人才培养问题作为具体的研究对象,深入挖掘现阶段广告行业对人才及其能力的需求,从高水平院校发展、现代广告新媒体形式需要、大众接受等方面,深入挖掘广告专业人才个性化培养的模式,力图进一步完善高水平院校广告专业人才培养模式,整合高水平院校优势教育资源,持续推进高水平院校广告专业拔尖创新人才培养。

Abstract:Focusing on high-level colleges and universities, the research takes the training of advertising professionals as a specific research object, deeply excavates the demand of the advertising industry for talents and their abilities at the present stage, and deeply excavates the personalized training mode of advertising professionals from the aspects of the development of high-level colleges and universities, the needs of modern advertising new media forms, public acceptance, etc, Strive to further improve the talent training mode of advertising specialty in high-level colleges and universities, integrate the advantageous educational resources of high-level colleges and universities, and continuously promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in advertising specialty in high-level colleges and universities.
