基于社交特征的聊天机器人交互设计研究

摘 要:为进一步提高用户与聊天机器人的交互效率,提升用户对于聊天机器人的主观满意度,文章首先对社交特征概念进行阐述,以了解社交特征如何改善用户与聊天机器人之间的交互体验;其次对聊天机器人交互设计研究现状进行总结;最后提出基于社交特征的聊天机器人交互设计思路与细则。通过本文的研究发现,聊天机器人应该丰富与用户期望相符的社交特征,避免其人机交互过程中的不良体验,提升用户主观满意度,从而使对话交互方式的需求不断增长,为从事聊天机器人开发行业的设计人员提供理论参考。

Abstract:In order to further improve the interaction efficiency between users and chatbots, and to enhance users' subjective satisfaction with chatbots, firstly, the concept of social features is explained to understand how social features can improve the interaction experience between users and chatbots. Secondly, it summarizes and summarizes the research status of chatbot interaction design, and finally puts forward the methods and details of chatbot interaction design based on social characteristics. Through the research of this article, it is found that chat robots should enrich the social characteristics that match user expectations, so as to avoid bad experience in the process of human-computer interaction, improve user subjective satisfaction, and approach the growing demand for dialogue interaction methods. The research results provide a theoretical reference for designers engaged in chat robot development industry.
