基于情境感知的学龄儿童体验式课堂服务系统设计研究

摘 要:在技术应用与用户体验双重驱动下,经验式的学龄儿童课堂教学预设已无法满足现代课堂情境的复杂性问题。本文从学龄儿童及其利益相关者入手,结合情境感知相关内容,综合体验设计相关方法,将故事卡片进行聚类分析得到学情采集、场景交互、数据分析、资源推送和智慧管理五大任务,分别从感知识别层、情境理解层、活动预测层三大维度出发,提出设计原则。本文通过情境感知理论的运用,综合虚拟现实、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术手段,为学龄儿童提供主动的、自适应的及个性化的体验式课堂服务系统设计。

Abstract:Driven by both the application of technology and user experience, the experiential school-age children’s classroom teaching presupposition can no longer meet the complex problems of modern classroom situations. This article starts with of school-age children and their stakeholders, combines context-aware related technologies, comprehensive experience design-related methods, and clusters story cards to obtain five major tasks: learning collection, scene interaction, data analysis, resource push and smart management , And put forward the design principles from the three dimensions of perception recognition layer, situation understanding layer, and activity prediction layer. Through the application of situational awareness theory, this paper integrates virtual reality, cloud computing, big data and other new-generation information technology methods to provide school-age children with an active, adaptive and personalized experiential classroom service system design.
