百年住宅的模块化设计
摘 要：住宅是人类居住环境最为重要的组成元素之一，住宅的安全性、适用性、耐久性等都会影响住户居住的感受。本文通过论述百年住宅和模块化设计等概念，归纳中日百年住宅的模块化设计现状，提出百年住宅的模块化设计思路，全面提高住宅建设综合价值，推动住宅产业转型升级。通过模块化设计，有助于丰富百年住宅理念的内涵及外延，不断推进中国住宅产业化的进程。

Abstract：Residences is one of the most important elements of human living environment. The safety，applicability and durability of housing will affect the residents' living experience. This paper discusses the concept of Centennial housing and modular design， generalized the current situation of modular design of Centennial residence in China and Japan， and puts forward the modular design idea of Centennial residence，so that to comprehensively improve the comprehensive value of housing construction and promote the transformation and upgrading of housing industry. Through modular design, have contributed to enrich the intension and extension of the Centennial residence concept, take the process of the China's housing industrialization continuously.
