基于集成创新理论的矿用救生舱设计研究
摘 要:在煤矿事故频发的背景下,矿用救生舱是被困矿工在井下避难时最有力的保障。这要求矿用救生舱具备更全面的功能、合理的空间配置及良好的舒适性。文章以集成创新理论为指导,调研分析国内矿用救生舱及用户需求,应用集成创新方法和人机工程学进行矿用救生舱优化设计,提出矿用救生舱优化设计原则,为未来矿用救生舱的设计提供可行思路。

Abstract:Under the background of frequent accidents in coal mines, mine life-saving cabin is the most powerful guarantee for the trapped miners to take refuge underground.This requires that the mine life-saving cabin has more comprehensive functions, reasonable space configuration and good comfort.Guided by integrated innovation theory, this paper investigates and analyzes the domestic mine life-saving cabin and user demand, applies the integrated innovation method and ergonomics to optimize the design of mine life-saving cabin, and puts forward the optimization design principle of mine life-saving cabin, so as to provide feasible ideas for the design of mine life-saving cabin in the future.
