工业设计理念在大型成套装备设计中的应用探究
摘 要：本文探究工业设计理念在大型成套装备设计过程中的应用方式和方法。归纳总结大型成套装备的特点，从工业设计角度分析目前成套装备中普遍存在的共性问题，以汽车发动机装配生产线为例，工业设计理念为主线，分析梳理完整的设计开发流程，探索工程设计与工业设计的结合形式，从分析研究、整合设计和设计输出三个设计阶段具体阐述不同设计任务的融合关系和成果形式，进而总结工业设计理念在大型成套装备生产线中的应用方法。

Abstract： This paper is explore the application method of design concept in the design process of large complete set. Summarize the characteristics of large equipment set, the common problems existing in the whole equipment set are analyzed from the perspective view of industrial design. Taking the assembly line of automobile engine as an example and industrial design concept as the key point, the author analyzes the process of design and development and explore the form of the combination of engineering design and industrial design. The relationship and results of different design tasks, such as analysis and research, integrated design and design output, are presented. The author summarizes the application method of industrial design concept in the production line of large equipment set.
