住宅小区围墙的功能及其变化研究
摘 要：借由“破墙规划”下的“小区拆围”行动引出对围墙的思考，认为造成社会隔离与排斥并非一墙之咎。本文首先通过文献梳理与实地调查，归纳出围墙“攘外”“安内”的主要功能属性及其作用现状；其次，总结当下围墙在居民自建下的“钩镶”之变与在专业设计团队介入中的身份之变并分析原因，表明住区围墙是居民主观需求的客观具象，也是实现城市建设精细化、人居环境品质化的重要载体；最后，提出应当将围墙视作空间来营造实践，以期回应城市建设中的“人本主义”和可持续发展的绿色理念。

Abstract：The " Community Dismantling " action under the “Broken Cocoon Plan”, provokes the thinking of walls of community, which means that the problem of social segregation and exclusion is really not the fault of walls.Through literature review and field investigation, the paper concludes the main functional properties "Resist" and "Secure", and the current status of walls of community; and summarizes two dimensions of the change of current walls of community: the change of“GouXiang" under the residents’self-construction, and the change of identity in the intervention of professional design team, and analyzes the reasons eventually.It shows that the walls of community is not only the objective representation of the subjective needs of the residents, but also an important carrier to realize refined urban construction and quality living environment.Finally, it is proposed that the walls should be regarded as a space to construct, in order to respond to the "humanism" in urban construction and the green concept of sustainable development.
