孔府文化在孔府菜餐具设计中的应用

摘 要:目的,为孔府菜餐具的设计提供一个可行的设计思路。方法,使用调查法对孔府文化进行实地体验调查,同时使用文献分析法对孔府文化进行分析整理,探讨孔府文化与餐具设计结合的可行性。结论,了解到孔府文化的博大精深,发现孔府文化在餐具设计中的结合点,得出应从“系列化”“功能化”“现代化”等几个方面进行孔府菜特色餐具设计的结论。

Abstract:The purpose is to provide a feasible idea for the tableware design of the Confucian cuisine. Methods: the field experience of Confucian mansion culture was investigated with the method of survey, and the literature analysis method was used to analyze Confucian mansion culture and discuss the feasibility of combining Confucian mansion culture with tableware design. The conclusion is that the design of special tableware should be carried out from the following aspects: serialization, functionalization and modernization.
